Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Current knowledge of best practices in school-based therapy and relevant federal/state regulations
• Ability to tailor interventions and accommodations to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students' functional abilities and needs within the educational environment
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and caregivers
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to address fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-help, and adaptive skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes as required by school policy
• Provide training, resources, and strategies to teachers and support staff
