Front Desk Associate

Deliver a best-in-class welcome for new and returning students, including studio etiquette, class formats, intensity levels, and membership benefits. Build authentic, warm relationships with students and teachers. Help students with purchases, including retail, mat/towel rentals, water, and yoga products; upsell thoughtfully when appropriate. Proactively manage class waitlists and ensure smooth check in flow. Support communication of studio updates, promotions, and facility issues to teachers and the Studio Experience Team (SET). Accurately reconcile rosters by verifying charges, supporting student needs or concerns, and completing roster close-out processes. Support retail sales by helping students with sizing, product recommendations, and purchase decisions. Maintain practice rooms: tidy spaces, reset props, clean mirrors, and ensure overall readiness. Keep locker rooms clean, sanitized, and fully stocked. Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and facility upkeep to enhance the student environment. Serve as the studio key holder responsible for daily opening and closing procedures. Preferred Experience: SET experience at CorePower as this role includes supporting studio cleanliness Hospitality background (fitness studios, salons, coffee shops, hotels) Retail sales experience Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service skills and a passion for wellness, fitness, or yoga, while effectively managing studio operations and maintaining a welcoming environment for students. Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail sales, with a focus on building relationships and enhancing the student experience.
