We’re looking for a Sous Chef with a strong background and enthusiasm to help lead the team at one of Maryland'smost celebrated seafood restaurants. Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a skilled, motivated hospitality professional who brings: ✔ 1–2 years of experience in culinary leadership ✔ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and train kitchen staff effectively ✔ Deep knowledge of food production, kitchen operations, and food management ✔ Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation ✔ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks ✔ Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices ✔ A professional, friendly, punctual, and reliable approach ✔ A team-oriented, collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude About The Salt Line Bethesda: Opened in July2023, The Salt Line Bethesdahas become a beloved neighborhood destination, known for its lively raw bar, creative cocktails, and New England-meets-Chesapeake approach to seafood.
