If you're looking for a company that can offer you stability, flexibility, and career opportunities, look no further!ResponsibilitiesCheck water chemistry and balance pool water through the addition of the appropriate chemicalsMaintain pool cleanliness by brushing, vacuuming, netting, cleaning tiles, and emptying baskets of debrisPerform minor repairs and minor programming of pool equipmentKeep pool equipment area tidy and organizedLoading vehicle with standard and out-of-ordinary stock. Ensure all stock removed from the warehouse is accurately recordedRecord all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposesIdentify and report any maintenance problems or faultsDevelop and nurture customer relationships with pool guests and on site maintenance crewsDocument visits via the company reporting system using phone appUpdating DOH logsMaintain 6-10 pools 2-3 times per weekExpected workweek of 38 to 42 hours depending on the condition of your pools and your efficiencyQualificationsMust be mature minded and take your position seriouslyMust present themselves with a professional appearance.6 months to 1 year minimum experience of commercial pool service is mandatory. Ability to work in public and speak respectfully and professionallyMust the ability to START and HOLD conversations when necessary.Excellent customer relationship building and communication is a mustLoves working outsideMust be organizedMust have availability to work Monday – FridayMust be over 21 with a clean driving record (no recent major accidents or infringements) due to company auto insurance requirementsMust have reliable transportation to and from workMust be capable of lifting to 50 lbs. plus and conducting physical labor in the Florida heat and weatherMust have and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and troubleshooting skills for: feeder pump and controllers pump systems, various pump types (single and variable speed), filtration systems (DE and Cartridge)Must be able to represent Poolwerx by having a positive attitude and working well independently while exhibiting team-oriented behavior to ensure consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals.High school diploma or equivalentCertified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred by not requiredValid Driver's LicenseCompensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hourFounded in 1992, Poolwerx is one of the world's largest pool supply, service, and repair providers.
