Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Financial Planning will work remotely to drive profitable growth through comprehensive financial analysis and collaboration with business and finance leaders across multiple regions. Key responsibilities Manage the forecasting process and provide in-depth financial analysis to support business growth Collaborate with finance and business leadership to coordinate financial management reporting and drive margin improvement Translate operational outcomes into financial impacts while guiding business partners to achieve operational KPIs Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred 7 years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 5 years in management Experience with Enterprise Performance Management software (e.g., Adaptive Planning) and financial applications like WorkDay or NetSuite preferred Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial systems Clinical background and related experience preferred
