Are you a dedicated Urology Physician seeking an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care in a dynamic hospital setting? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team starting June 1, 2026, and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier urological services. Required Skills:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (BC or BE)
• Pennsylvania or Interstate Medical License (Pennsylvania preferred for quicker onboarding)
• DEA Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of Urology practice experience
• Proficiency in cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, prostate procedures, vasectomy, and other core urological interventions
• Ability to handle 24-hour beeper call shifts
• Strong clinical and procedural skills, including robotic surgery familiarity (not mandatory but preferable)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgeries
• Prior work in hospital or trauma level 1 settings
• Experience with supervising Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants
• Additional skills in bladder or penile procedures are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of Urology residency and fellowship
• At least 1 year of post-residency practice experience
• Ability to manage a diverse adult patient population, with the flexibility to support pediatric cases on rare occasions

Other Requirements:

• Active PA License or IMLC licensure in-hand (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Willingness to work 24-hour shifts with callback responsibilities
• Commitment to maintaining credentialing standards, with a 90-day credentialing timeline
• Willing to travel within hospital facilities and adapt to scheduled coverage needs
