About the Role The Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed to develop future leaders within E.W. Wylie's operations organization. Through a structured rotational program, you will gain hands-on experience across key business functions including fleet operations, account management, and brokerage. This role provides exposure to the day-to-day operations of a transportation company while helping you build the leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills needed to advance into future management opportunities.
