Duties & Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse and dynamic team Engage in direct, friendly interactions with guests Collaborate actively with team members on the line Analyze sales data, manage expenses, and oversee payroll and inventory Uphold stringent standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Qualifications: Preferred: At least two years of experience as a restaurant manager Strong financial skills, including proficiency with P&Ls and COGS Must have a food handler certification Ability to manage exposure to shellfish allergens About Us: From a single dream of introducing Maine lobster rolls to the big city, we've grown over the past 15 years to offer traceable, sustainable seafood worldwide.
