An internationally recognized hospitality group is seeking a General Manager to lead one of New York City's premier Italian dining destinations.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee an established restaurant while helping support the continued growth of an expanding international brand in the United States. The General Manager will also provide operational oversight of the company's seasonal East Hampton location, ensuring consistency in service, culture, and operational execution across both restaurants.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, driving financial performance, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Create an exceptional guest experience while maintaining consistently high service standards.
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH and BOH collaboration.
• Own the restaurant's financial performance, including labor, forecasting, budgeting and profitability.
• Recruit, develop and mentor a high-performing management team.
• Maintain accountability for operational standards, cleanliness and compliance.
• Build relationships within the local hospitality community.
• Support the continued growth of the brand as it expands throughout the United States.

Qualifications

• Current or recent General Manager experience within upscale or luxury restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of New York City restaurant operations.
• Experience leading high-volume environments.
• Proven success managing P&Ls, labor and overall business performance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on management style with a passion for hospitality.
• Italian restaurant experience is highly preferred.

• Base salary up to $120,000
