Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coaching Coach and mentor teams to improve performance, accountability, and Agile maturity. Foster self‑organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Create a safe, trusting environment that encourages transparency and problem‑solving. Agile Facilitation Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. Ensure adherence to Agile principles, team agreements, and SDLC standards. Partner with other Scrum Masters and participate in Scrum of Scrums. Delivery & Impediment Management Identify and remove obstacles impacting team delivery. Facilitate decision‑making, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation. Support delivery against scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams. Communicate team progress, metrics, and delivery status to leadership. Coordinate dependencies across teams and programs. Teams Tools & Reporting Utilize Jira, Confluence, and related Agile tools to manage backlogs, track progress, create dashboards, and provide transparency across stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
