Job Description

The Public Relations Coordinator will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing communication and public relations initiatives that support the company's reputation and business objectives.

This position is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally across different audiences. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate projects, prepare communications, support events and outreach initiatives, and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and coordination of public relations and communication initiatives.
• Prepare professional written communications, presentations, announcements, and informational materials.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, organizations, and other key contacts.
• Coordinate meetings, outreach activities, promotional initiatives, and company events.
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns designed to strengthen brand awareness and organizational reputation.
• Maintain organized records of communication activities, projects, and ongoing initiatives.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent and professional messaging.
• Assist with researching industry trends, potential partnerships, and communication opportunities.
• Support management with special projects and strategic communication initiatives.
• Represent Skillbridge Academy with professionalism and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
