Accounts Payable Coordinator

• Manage assigned queue to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
• Process a high volume of workflows with accuracy.
• Review vendor invoices for linkage to purchase orders.
• Ensure three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice is complete.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Follow processes, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies in the department.
• Ensure reliable and consistent attendance.
• Complete goods receipts.
• Work with the procurement department.

• Experience in accounts payable, accounting, and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Knowledge of three-way matching, purchase order, and payment processing.
• Strong corporate and office experience.
• Excellent communication skills for working with vendors and field partners.

• Experience in a professional setting with business support.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Accounting or finance experience is beneficial.
• A college degree is not mandatory but a plus.
• Experience in roles such as Credit and Collections, Banking positions, Account Manager, Tax Analyst, or Business Support is advantageous.

Our team is a mix of ages and experiences, fostering a collaborative and friendly atmosphere. Embrace change with an open mind and positive attitude. Onsite work is required for the first 90 days, followed by a hybrid work schedule with 2 days at home. The working hours are flexible, with an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm, with most team members working from 7 am to 3:30 pm, including a 30-minute lunch.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vista, NE.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
