The opportunity to grow and advance within an exciting company Job Description: Anytime Fitness is currently seeking qualified personal trainers who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our clients. An AF personal Trainer must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercise for a wide variety of participants. They must have a passion to help people become the best versions of themselves by helping people make incremental lifestyle changes to obtain sustainable and long term results. In addition, they must be comfortable and confident with fitness program design, program instruction, and influencing behavior change. The trainer does this by servicing Fitness Consultations, Traditional (1-on-1) Training, Small Group Training, Group Training, Virtual Training and additional programming opportunities as deemed appropriate by the individual club. Beyond the traditional roles described, the trainer provides guidance, education, and encouragement and most importantly, develops relationships with all members to improve retention. Anytime Fitness expects trainers to possess above average customer service skills and be on a mission to provide a “surprisingly personable experience” with everyone they meet. Trainers are responsible for the general upkeep of the club (equipment and floor cleanliness), sales and marketing for programming, and proactive outreach to inactive members to assist in retention efforts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 4+ members Program and implement individualized workouts for members Energize and motivate members throughout the sessions Build fitness attendance and retain current members Ensure the safety of participants in regard to heart rate and exercise technique Provide options and challenges for specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels Attend weekly/monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns when applicableProvide exceptional member service

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Have a strong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics Must acquire a fitness certification / personal trainer certification within 90 days of hire from an AF fitness-approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, NSCA, etc. Ability to multi-task and stay organized Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels Manage time and schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr Anytime Fitness - Corporate-Owned Gyms
