Creating a positive work environment leads to happy employees, happy customers, and company growth.Essential Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping activitiesProcess accounts payable and accounts receivableReconcile bank accounts and credit card statementsPrepare and file sales tax reportsFollow up on past due invoices and outstanding balancesAssist with payroll processing and general accounting supportMaintain organized financial documentation and recordsFollow up with customers regarding overdue accounts and payment arrangementsWork within QuickBooks to manage company accounting functionsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience requiredQuickBooks experience is requiredSales tax experience is requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize and multitask effectivelyProfessional communication and organizational skills
