Class A CDL Yard Hustler / Shuttle Driver (Temporary to Hire)
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $27.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary Assignment with Potential for Permanent Hire
We are currently seeking experienced Class A CDL Yard Hustler/Shuttle Drivers to join our team in Irving, TX . This is a full-time, Monday through Friday opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Schedule
Two shifts are currently available:
- Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Night Yard Coverage: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Please Note: Start and end times are subject to change based on business needs.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $27.00 per hour
- Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs
Job Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient yard moves.
- Shuttle trailers between the main facility and a nearby cross-dock location.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Keep the yard organized and operate safely in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Previous yard hostler/hustler and shuttle driving experience preferred
- Ability to safely maneuver trailers in tight spaces
- Dependable with a strong safety mindset
- Able to work overtime as needed
