Field Operations Associate - $23.90/hr

Field Operations Associate role inspecting and managing medical equipment kits for compliance, inventory accuracy, and timely distribution. Responsibilities include product inspection, inventory tracking, customer issue resolution, and coordination with warehouse and logistics personnel.
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and outgoing kits for specification compliance and proper usage
- Track inventory records for damaged, defective, expired, or missing products using computer systems
- Investigate customer complaints and resolve service discrepancies
- Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, and warehouse teams to expedite deliveries
- Organize and maintain storage areas, supplies, tools, and equipment to meet safety standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Meet all customer credentialing requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
Compensation: $23.90/hr
