Benefits Employee discounts Job Description We're a fast-growing bakery cafe looking for energetic, reliable team members who enjoy working with fresh bread and proving great customer service. If you like fast‑paced environment and being a part of a strong team, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Take orders and process payments. Ensure the front of house remains neat and orderly, restock items, and answer the phone. Bag and organize bread onto trays, and bring to designated area. Assist in bagging products and refilling product displays. Greet guests and answer any questions. Promote products and menu items. Handle and process customer payments, issue receipts and refunds as necessary. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Maintain a clean and tidy counter area. Qualifications High School diploma or higher. Fast food or retail experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Acceptable verbal English communication skill. Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts. Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified. Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Physical Requirements This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position, including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
