Balance professionalism with a relaxed, easy demeanor. Ensure smooth pacing and attentive service throughout each meal. Collaborate closely with teammates to maintain a lively, organized floor. Qualifications Experience in upscale casual dining or brasserie‑style service. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails—or eagerness to learn. A guest‑first mindset and natural sense of hospitality.
