ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in May 2022 and currently lead a team of three. My State Farm journey began in 2017 as a team member, giving me firsthand experience with the opportunities for growth and development within an agency. Outside of work, I’m married with two daughters and an avid golfer.

I’m very involved with my church and enjoy staying connected to the community through kids’ sports and other local activities. Building relationships and supporting the people around us is an important part of both our agency and our team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate for Steven Morton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
