Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
