ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate for Nathan Turbeville - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to commute to Nolensville, TN
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• I have been a State Farm agent since 2020.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a proud graduate of University of Central Arkansas.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• We have 20 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
