Operations Coordinator – seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative & Billing Support professional to assist with the daily administrative, billing, and dispatch operations

Location: Exeter, NH
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $28/hour

Job Description

• Support daily administrative, billing, and dispatch operations
• Review and audit billing for accuracy
• Process payments, purchase orders, and permits
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets, records, and documentation
• Manage DocuSign documents and workflows
• Handle customer inquiries and billing disputes
• Enter call information into Towbook/TOPS
• Assist with general office and operational tasks

Job Requirements

• Administrative or billing experience
• DocuSign experience
• Basic accounting and strong math skills
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage confidential information
• Towbook/TOPS experience a plus
