Pay: $18/hour + tips

Average Earnings: $20–$23/hour with tips

What You ’ll Do

As a Shift Supervisor/ Manager, you’ll keep things spinning and shaking during your shift while leading the team by example. You’ll work alongside your team, create a positive environment, and make sure every guest leaves with a great experience.

 

Shift Leadership

• Lead shifts and keep operations running smoothly

• Set the tone with energy, positivity, and strong customer service

• Act as the go-to leader for all in-store decisions during your shift

 

Team Development

• Train and coach team members with real-time feedback

• Support a strong, positive, and accountable team culture

 

Operations & Execution

• Support opening and closing routines

• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Maintain product quality, speed, and consistency

 

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional service and create memorable moments

• Recommend products and drive sales through genuine enthusiasm

• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and confidence

 

Security & Accountability

• Follow store security procedures, including alarms, locks, and access control

• Assist with cash handling, drawer counts, and end-of-shift reconciliation

• Stay aware of the store environment to help prevent loss and ensure team safety

• Previous food service or retail leadership experience preferred
