Part Time Nanny Preschool Boy Paradise Valley

This nanny is needed to support a 2 1/2‑year‑old child with a range of developmental and everyday activities. The nanny should bring energy, creativity, and a strong sense of safety to keep the child engaged and protected. Responsibilities Supervise play with trucks, trains, and other age‑appropriate toys. Assist with potty training and toileting routines. Encourage shape recognition and basic learning activities. Help play in the pool (with floaties) while ensuring child safety. Limit passive screen time and promote sensory, hands‑on play. Coordinate playtime with the older 4‑year‑old sister as needed. Support daily routines and transitions according to the family’s schedule. Maintain a safe and engaging environment, including occasional short drives if required. Communicate observations and schedule updates to parents who typically work from home. Working Hours & Schedule Preferred schedule: 4–5 weekdays, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for about 30–35 hours per week. Flexibility is available to accommodate the nanny’s availability. Compensation & Employment Pay: $17.00 per hour. Legal W2 employer. Starting date: OCT 4th. Location: 132nd St and Shea Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85259. Preferred Qualifications Reliable transportation with a good driving record. Physical stamina and an active mindset to engage and lead the child. At least two non‑family references related to childcare, paid or unpaid. Ability to pass an extensive background check. COVID‑safe practices and a healthy lifestyle.
