Hybrid Supportive Housing Facilitator & Life Skills

MCCH in Rockville, MD, seeks a housing and life skills support professional to assist residents in permanent supportive housing. The role is hybrid between VIP and PPH2 programs, helping residents secure apartments, arrange moves, and provide transportation to appointments.
