In-Home Sales Representative
NWI Baths – Merrillville, IN
Pay: $150,000–$200,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)

Position SummaryAs an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bathroom remodeling solutions. Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you'll design projects, present product options, and close sales. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional seeking unlimited earning potential.
No cold calling—qualified appointments are provided.
Responsibilities- Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.
- Build rapport and identify customers' remodeling needs.
- Create customized bathroom designs using our sales software.
- Present product solutions, pricing, and financing options.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales goals.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
- Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong closing and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Comfortable using technology, including iPads and sales software.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local territory.
- $150,000–$200,000+ annual earning potential
