ADMINISTRATIVE SCALE CLERK
Monday – Friday
Rotating Shifts: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm and 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
$15.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks and maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping records.
- Perform data entry and process paperwork for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Answer and direct phone calls and communicate professionally with drivers, warehouse personnel, and office staff.
- File, organize, and retain office, shipping, and production documents.
- Assist with reports and general administrative duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong computer and data entry skills required; Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and printers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
