All underpinned by technology created with purpose.Your RoleThe Global Strategic Deals team shapes Capgemini’s highest-stakes, multi‑tower, cross‑industry pursuits. Within that team, the Director – Valuation & Modeling plays a critical role: owning the value logic, and conversion of strategic intent into tangible financial value, business cases, commercial logic, and economic narratives that land with CFOs, CEOs, and Boards.This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy, finance, commercial design, and storytelling. This is where strategy becomes measurable, where the “why change” becomes a business case, and where Capgemini’s differentiation becomes financially undeniable.You’ll shape high-impact deals, work directly with senior leaders and client CxOs, and develop a rare blend of strategic, financial, and commercial mastery.If you want influence, complexity, visibility, and impact - step in.Your RoleDesign the end‑to‑end value story of a strategic dealconverting strategy into measurable P&L, cash, and balance-sheet impact.Build creative, CFO-level economic narrativesincluding quant models, engineered benefits, and scenario-based value cases.Advise senior leadership on commercial constructs, value levers, pricing logic, and deal economics.Act as the value authority across the pursuit - ensuring the economics reinforce the strategy and the client’s priorities.Example: Design a multi-year transformation value case that connects operational levers to EBITDA impact, capital efficiency, and cash unlock - enabling a CEO and CFO to greenlight the investment.Qualifications & ExperienceStrong Academic background in Organizational / Business Strategy. MBA preferred,10-15 years of deep expertise in financial modeling, business case design, and commercial strategyStrong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholdersAbility to challenge assumptions and reshape deal economicsComfortable designing value systems that hold up to CFO scrutinyStrong problem structuring and hypothesis driven thinking skillsAbility to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise insightsExperience leading complex client engagements, pursuits, or transformation programsSolid written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting structured thinkingCollaborative mindset and comfort working across diverse teams and disciplinesComfortable driving large scale strategic deals and C suite problem solvingWhat You’ll Love About Working Here?You’ll have the opportunity to:Build a network within the Capgemini Group and contribute to the education of other Business Units around practice offerings to support existing account expansionPlay a significant role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses from initial brief to final sales presentationsNurture and expand existing account relationshipsIdentify potential personal business relationships that can be leveraged by the practice to develop new businessIdentify potential project extension and expansion opportunities while staffed on projectsSupport the development of thought leadership and innovative offerings as they relate to AI/Data Science, Digital Customer Analytics, and Operational Analytics.Support the upskilling of the team members on topics related to Data & AnalyticsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $200,000 to $250,000Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
