HIRING IMMEDIATELY: TECHNICAL SOURCER IN KATY, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Technical Sourcer to join our team in Katy, TX. This individual will be responsible for working closely with TA Recruiters & Coordinators to attract and source candidates for open corporate technical roles, as well as sourcing candidates using Workday (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other resume/job board databases. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of Technical Sourcing experience. Apply online and kickstart your career today!

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $30 to $35/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full time schedule
• Located in Katy, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with TA Recruiters & Coordinators to attract and source candidates for open corporate technical roles
• Source candidates using Workday (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other resume/job board databases
• Contact candidates via email and phone
• Schedule prescreens and interviews using Outlook, MS Teams, and Calendly
• Prescreen candidates by phone; take and share detailed notes to TA Recruiter and Hiring Managers
• Generate agency contracts and agreements (direct hire and contractor placements)
• Complete reporting updates on candidate information and requisition updates
• Meet with hiring managers to understand job opening and present candidate updates
• Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
• Demonstrates a willingness to grow and improve in the workplace
• Adapts well to change
• 2+ years of Technical Sourcing experience
