Change Manager

Professional experience, including leading organizational change efforts for complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups Experience delivering end-to-end change management support, including developing and executing comprehensive change management plans from project kickoff through close Change management certification from an accredited institution (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kotter) Demonstrated accountability for defining, tracking, and delivering OKRs, KPIs, or other measurable adoption and business outcomes Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving program needs Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the path forward isn’t always clear Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to partner effectively with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Training and learning content development experience Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks #J-18808-Ljbffr
