Clinical Pharmacist - Quality Improvement & CMS Stars

JobRx, Inc.

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to enhance health plan performance in CMS Star Ratings and Population Health initiatives. This position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), excellent analytical skills, and strong experience in clinical pharmacy to implement quality improvement strategies.
