Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding school-based contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This part-time role runs from August 18, 2026, through June 10, 2027, offering 15-20 hours each week, Monday through Friday. You’ll work onsite in a dynamic educational setting, providing expert guidance and care for children, including those with disabilities and autism.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field, with active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with K-12th grade children, especially those with disabilities or on the autism spectrum
• Previous experience as a BCBA in educational environments highly regarded
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered behavior support

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
• Deliver direct support and coaching to students, adapting programs for individualized needs
• Supervise and mentor staff responsible for implementing behavioral interventions
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes
• Document progress, collaborate with families, and attend multidisciplinary meetings
