Corporate Administrator

Nasser Holdings is a Houston based holding company that builds, acquires, and operates businesses across restaurants, franchising, and construction. Our operating companies are Wingbay, a fast growing chicken wing restaurant and franchise brand; Dripped, a taco restaurant group; and Goldbeam Construction, our commercial general contractor. About the role Keep the corporate office running and own the accounts payable cycle for the group. You sit at the center of a multi entity company, and in this seat you will see how all of it works. The job is weighted toward finance, not reception. What you will do Own accounts payable end to end across multiple entities: receive, code, and enter vendor invoices Perform three way match against purchase orders and receipts Prepare check and ACH payment runs for approvalSet up new vendors, collect W-9 forms, and maintain vendor records Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies before they become disputes Support 1099 preparation at year end Track recurring obligations including rent, insurance, and utilities across all locations Maintain certificates of insurance and key corporate documents Support month end close alongside the finance team Run the office: supplies, mail, shipping, and building and vendor coordination Support onboarding logistics for new hires, including equipment, accounts, and paperwork Maintain organized digital filing so any document can be found without having to ask anyone What we are looking for We are open on background. Strong administrative, bookkeeping, or accounts payable experience all count. Real accuracy with numbers and documents. This seat is trusted with money. Solid Excel. Sorting, filtering, and basic formulas at minimum. Discretion. You will see payroll, banking, and owner level information. Organized and self directed. Nobody is going to chase you for status.
