* Job Title: HR Specialist
* Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
* Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
* Type: 6-Month Assignment
* Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, ability to work the closing shift until 7:00 PM Eastern / 6:00 PM Central

Responsibilities for the HR Specialist
* Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing HR support via phone and email.
* Research, resolve, and document HR inquiries using multiple systems and knowledge resources.
* Navigate HR platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, and other internal tools to provide accurate solutions.
* Maintain confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with HR teams.

Qualifications for the HR Specialist
* Associate degree or equivalent experience required, bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
* 2+ years of Human Resources, HR Shared Services, or contact center experience.
* Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask across multiple systems.
* Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, or other HRIS platforms is preferred.
