Front Desk & Member Experience Specialist

Gold's Gym

Gold’s Gym is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet members and guests, direct them to services, and handle inquiries about gym operations and policies. You will perform various administrative duties and support staff with daily tasks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Strong customer service and clear communication are essential, as is basic cash handling and computer skills. This on-site role offers an opportunity to be the first point of contact and contribute to member #J-18808-Ljbffr
