Customer Success Manager II

Owning the health, adoption, retention, and growth of a book of Small Business (SMB) accounts, the remote Customer Success Manager II will serve as the primary point of contact for HR benefits leaders, conducting regular check-ins and monitoring success metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts, serving as the main liaison for HR benefits leaders Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins to align on goals and track program performance Monitor success metrics to identify risks and support the renewal cycle for accounts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer support in a technology environment Proven track record of managing a book of business with strong retention outcomes Experience presenting to HR benefits leaders with an empathetic communication style Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM
