Vida Health is seeking a Marketing Automation Tech Specialist to build, optimize, and scale our customer engagement infrastructure. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our members receive personalized, timely, and data-driven communications through Braze. You will collaborate closely with the Automation Manager, Director of Marketing, and cross-functional data and technical teams to inform the design and maintenance of data pipelines, custom attributes, and event structures that power lifecycle campaigns, behavioral triggers, and advanced segmentation in Braze. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology, data engineering, and automation strategy- and wants to directly impact the member experience at scale for a healthcare company.
