B2B Marketing Automation Specialist

To support the marketing team, the remote Senior Associate, B2B Marketing Automation will develop and execute automated marketing programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on building and launching complex email campaigns while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful campaign execution. Key responsibilities Support end-to-end campaign lifecycles by translating marketing briefs into technical workflows and managing stakeholder expectations for timely launches Build, launch, and monitor multi-touch marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lead nurture and retention campaigns Partner with Data and Ops teams to ensure proper data structures and integrations are in place for audience segmentation and journey logic Required qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, or campaign execution 2+ years of hands-on experience building complex workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, utilizing HTML and AMP script 2+ years of experience using SQL for querying databases and troubleshooting data issues Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud for data harmonization Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus
