Job Summary The Sport Instructor is a hands‑on role that leads athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport, directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field. Responsibilities Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun. Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values. Use established platforms to communicate game‑day information to players and parents. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer‑service skills. Qualifications Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge. Highly motivated self‑starter who can work independently. Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends throughout the full duration of the season (~7 weeks). Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check. Compensation Paid $16.50 per hour.
