We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys with commercial lending matters in Phoenix, Arizona. This Contract position focuses on document preparation, closing coordination, and post-closing organization for loan transactions, while also assisting with workout and enforcement matters for lending clients. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, sound judgment, and the flexibility to manage multiple files in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with attorneys to prepare, organize, and finalize documentation related to loan closings and secured lending transactions.
• Compile signature packages, closing sets, and post-closing binders to ensure complete and accurate file records.
• Draft correspondence and instruction letters for title companies and other parties involved in closing activities.
• Maintain and organize financial records, loan files, and transaction materials to support ongoing client matters and enforcement work.
• Examine loan documents and related records to identify key terms, obligations, and issues for attorney review.
• Assist with creditor-side matters by preparing workout, forbearance, and loan modification documents under attorney supervision.
• Review and summarize lending materials, internal policy documents, and trustee sale reports, including recorded instruments affecting collateral.
• Prepare demand notices, trustee sale documentation, and support scheduling, tracking, and attendance for sale-related proceedings.• At least 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably supporting commercial lending, secured transactions, or related legal matters.
• Demonstrated ability to review complex legal and financial documents with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Experience preparing transactional materials, legal correspondence, and organized closing or case files.
• Familiarity with discovery, civil litigation, trial preparation, and litigation support processes.
• Proficiency with case management software and general legal document management tools.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, detailed summaries and legal support documents.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize competing demands, and work effectively in a deadline-driven setting.
