Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to support our client in Peachtree City, GA. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and customers. Candidates should be comfortable using computers and handling a variety of administrative and office support tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, guests, and vendors while providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain and stock office breakrooms and common areas.
• Replenish paper and supplies in office copy machines.
• Straighten and prepare conference rooms at the end of each day.
• Assist with office supply ordering and inventory management.
• Create employee and visitor ID badges as needed.
• Perform general administrative and receptionist duties.
• Complete additional projects and office support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional phone presence and communication abilities.
• Ability to speak and write with proper grammar and professionalism.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist with a variety of office tasks.
