What You'll Do As an IT Support Associate, you'll provide first-level technical support to internal users while helping maintain the company's desktop infrastructure and business technology systems. Responsibilities include supporting Windows-based environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing new equipment, and ensuring employees receive prompt, professional IT support. Responsibilities include: Provide Help Desk support for hardware and software issues Install and configure desktop computers, printers, and peripherals Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications Install software updates and new applications Support local network connectivity Assist with onboarding new users and workstation setup Maintain excellent customer service while resolving technical issues Document support activities and maintain IT records What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys helping others. Preferred Qualifications 6+ months of desktop support experience or equivalent technical education Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 Basic understanding of PC hardware and networking Experience supporting Microsoft Office and common desktop applications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus but not required.
