Report to : School Principal Location : Tukwila, WA, South Seattle, WA, Tacoma, WA, Renton, WA Compensation This is a full-time, salaried position working 40 hours/ a week with an annual salary range of $62,222-$88,861. Because of our strong commitment to equity and growth, Impact does not negotiate salaries. Salaries are determined based on years of experience. Instructional Practices Consistently execute core best practices aligned to the Impact instructional model. Planning and Preparation Implement comprehensive lessons plan provided by IPS’ Academics team and anticipate student responses and potential challenges, and plan targeted questions and exemplar work samples to facilitate comprehensive and effective instruction. Modeling Core Values Exemplify and consistently model Impact core values and adhere to campus norms that align with the organization’s values, fostering a sense of belonging for all students.
