Could you be the full‑time Crew Management Supervisor in Pomona, CA? This is a fixed‑term (6‑month) contract with the potential to extend depending on the business needs. You'll work alongside a collaborative and safety‑conscious team of professionals. You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe scheduling of train crew operations. Day‑to‑day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including dispatchers, trainmasters, and other departments, to coordinate crew assignments, maintain compliance with regulations, and manage crew availability. You'll also handle emergency crew calls, oversee crew changes, and ensure a seamless operation of the rail system. You'll specifically take care of scheduling and notifying train crews of their assignments, but also maintaining accurate records and addressing customer complaints to ensure the highest level of service quality. Responsibilities Assisting in the scheduling of train assignments Notifying train crews of their assignments in a timely manner Maintaining accurate records of crew assignments, hours worked, and availability Coordinating with dispatchers, trainmasters, and other departments to ensure smooth operations Monitoring crew availability and managing crew changes as needed Ensuring compliance with labor agreements, safety regulations, and company policies Handling emergency crew calls and reassignments as necessary Providing excellent customer service to crew members and other stakeholders Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation related to crew scheduling Coordinating vehicle transportation for crew assignments as required Qualifications We value passion and attitude over experience. Pay Range $90,000 to $105,000 depending on experience/qualifications. This position is eligible for Railroad Retirement.
