About the Role

As an LPN/RN at Orrville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of guests, each with their own unique needs and goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Educating patients and their families on disease management, medication use, and other health-related topics
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

Requirements

• Current LPN/RN license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
