Assistant Director, Enrollment Systems & Operations (CRM Administrator) The University of La Verne is unable to provide sponsorship for work visas at this time. Job Summary The Assistant Director, Enrollment Systems & Operations (CRM Administrator) serves as the primary functional and operational owner of the University’s CRM (Slate) within Enrollment Management. This role is responsible for system configuration, workflow development, data management, and the execution of CRM‑driven communications. In close partnership with the Assistant Director of Enrollment Communications & Strategy, the CRM Administrator translates communication strategy into scalable workflows and ensures the accurate and timely delivery of communications. The role provides technical leadership for CRM operations—including system administration, integrations, and data governance. Key Responsibilities Serve as functional owner of Slate CRM. Translate enrollment and communication strategies into workflows and processes. Ensure system readiness for recruitment cycles. Build and deploy communication workflows (email, SMS, triggers). Implement segmentation and automation based on strategy. Ensure accuracy and timing of all CRM communications. Co‑own segmentation strategy with Assistant Director. Maintain queries, audience definitions, and naming conventions. Ensure data integrity and scalability. Configure forms, applications, portals, and workflows. Manage permissions and system governance. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Serve as CRM expert for Enrollment staff. Provide training and documentation. Support adoption of CRM best practices. Partner with IT on integrations (Banner, etc.). Define functional requirements and support testing. Coordinate updates and enhancements. Build reports and queries. Support performance analysis. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 3–5+ years of CRM experience. Strong technical, data, and project management skills. Experience with workflow configuration and system administration. Preferred Qualifications 3–5+ years of Slate CRM experience in a higher education setting. Physical Demands The physical demands include the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. The noise level is generally low to moderate.
