Facilities Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support safe, comfortable environments across our healthcare and housing programs. In this on-site role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and resident spaces; troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues; and respond to work orders and emergencies to minimize disruption to clients and staff. You’ll help ensure regulatory, safety, and cleanliness standards are met while working in a mission-driven, faith-based organization dedicated to dignity, inclusion, and social justice.
