Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history, mental health status, and co-occurring disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, addressing both addiction and underlying mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate with fellow treatment team members to ensure a holistic approach to care, coordinating services and interventions effectively.

• Provide education and support to clients' families to foster a supportive network during the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.

The clients you will serve include individuals experiencing substance use disorders, many of whom also face co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD) is required.
