A growing Houston-based bank is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lender to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a results-driven professional who values autonomy, efficiency, and a supportive environment designed to eliminate barriers to productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, develop, and manage a portfolio of C&I and CRE loans, including both owner-occupied and investor real estate.
Drive new business development through strong client relationships and market knowledge.
Maintain full compliance with the bank’s credit policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience, with a strong track record in both C&I and CRE lending.
Demonstrated success in new business development and portfolio management.
Solid understanding of financial statements and credit risk analysis.
Bachelor’s degree (in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field) preferred.
Compensation:
Base salary: $125K–$200K+ depending on experience and performance.
