$ 18.00/hour Olsten Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy office environment. This position requires strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and advanced computer skills. Responsibilities:
Qualified candidates will be required to complete and pass Skille assessments prior to being submitted to the client
Preferred Skills:

$ 18.00/hour Olsten Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy office environment. This position requires strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and advanced computer skills. Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties
- Heavy data entry and document management
- Work extensively in Microsoft Excel on a daily basis
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Support daily office operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is REQUIRED
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable navigating computer systems with little to no instruction
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills ⏱
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Qualified candidates will be required to complete and pass Skille assessments prior to being submitted to the client
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Excel for formatting, data organization, and basic formulas
- Prior administrative or office support experience
